The room was excellent! We received an upgrade to a suite which was amazing! The bed was so comfy and spacious! The room seemed to have really good insulation because there was minimal noises heard. We ate at Chop which was attached to the hotel and the meal was exceptional! We loved the location of the hotel because it was close to great shopping, restaurants, and a movie theatre!

Booked a room in advance and prepaid. Told Expedia I needed a pet friendly suite. Arrive on site to check in and find out the suites aren't pet friendly. They claim Expedia did not make them aware of our pet. Huge miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia. They had ample time to figure this out. At the end of the day I rated the hotel poorly because they could have made an exception and chose not to. Will never use either again. Was told they would bring me a toaster and they never did. Tub would not drain properly. Made it wonderful for 4 people to take a shower.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
