The hotel is perfectly positioned right on the edge of Leicester Square, perfect for theatre land and shopping the rooms were clean and well appointed but OMG was it noisy.
First night of our stay the base of the music was bouncing until 4am, then the bin wagon appeared to empty the bottle bins.
At reception they offered to move our rooms (we had 2) and told us there was a casino and strip club next door and that’s the sound was coming from.
We didn’t move but I did go and invest in a decent set of ear plugs for the second night.
It’s a real shame as the hotel it’s self was fabulous other than that.

Great little hotel just far enough off the main roads to be quiet while still being highly convenient. Only issue for me was lack of any on-site food and beverage service, although having the mini-kitchenette in the room is a very nice touch. Convenient to the tube and scores of restaurants.
