Rooms were dirty staff was rude some one went in our room left there stuff in there don't know they accused us of littering was as not us we were gone all afternoon then got back to find out some one was in our room I have pictures of how the rooms looked restrooms falling apart

Terrible property. They didn't want to rent to me because they said I smoked in the room but they came and checked the room and even gave me my deposit back because they're were no damages. The only reason they don't want me to stay longer is because I confronted them about stealing my things out of my room.

We love staying at the Settles! We grew up in Big Spring and enjoy staying at this historical restored hotel!

The Laquinta room we had on the first floor was easily accessible and quiet. The hot continental breakfast was good for hotel fare and the Community Coffee was great (it is what we drink at home). Will definitely stay there again if a future trip ends up going through Lubbock. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but it looked clean, maintained and inviting.

I canceled one room and dont know hoe to get my money back

The property is in a great location - right next to Texas Tech, not far from restaurants and shopping. It would be nice if technology inputs were updated - however, that would be my only complaint. (Don't for get your plug, there are no USB connections within the room).

Other guests were very disruptive during late hours
