For a quick one night, close to the airport, I guess it might be ok. I was staying for a week, and doing courses in Nisku. The room was horribly lit. I had to put the table in the room right next to the bathroom to be able to read, and work on my courses. As that was the only bright light in the room. I tried to ask the front desk for an extra lamp, they had nothing available. When I first got into the room the heat was turned off, and the room was at 13 degrees C. the only form of heat in the room is a gas fireplace, its quite loud when it kicks on and off. Housekeeping only comes every 2 or 3 days. All and all it's a classic dive hotel, dressed up as something nicer from the outside.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Housekeeping and Customer Service I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, I will never stay here again. Housekeeping should ensure that every room has at least one extra toilet roll available. When I requested one, it took approximately three hours for someone to bring it to my room. This level of service is simply unacceptable. The front desk staff also need significant improvement in customer service, communication, and English language skills. Simply responding with "OK, OK" is not an appropriate way to handle a guest's concerns. Staff should listen carefully, communicate professionally, and take responsibility for resolving issues. I also complained about the pillows in my room because they were extremely small and uncomfortable. Instead of handling my complaint professionally, the front desk later called us asking where the pillows were. This was extremely frustrating and made an already unpleasant experience even worse. Hotel management needs to take these issues seriously. Proper staff training, better housekeeping standards, and professional guest communication should be basic expectations for any hotel. I sincerely hope other guests do not have to experience the same poor service. This kind of customer experience reflects very badly on the hotel, its management, and ultimately the owner's reputation. I am extremely disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel

good

Good value for price.

The host was so nice i loved this place if i m coming ever again i am going to book this one again❤️

Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. Towel hangers broken, sink is cracked. Beds were brutally uncomfortable. Only 3 pillows per bed 👎. Be wary of booking a hotel on Whyte Ave next to Bar’s/Pubs. Music/bass very loud at night when trying to sleep. AC didn’t work in the room either.
