Fort Bliss Vacation Packages

We stayed there 9/22, there was a lot of rain and the rain flooded a lot of rooms. We woke up at 2am to our clothes and entire carpet soaking wet. We informed the front desk person and asked if we could leave and get a refund. We were told to call when a manager was on staff. So we decided to leave rather than stay in the room that was flooding. We called the manager later in the morning and told him what happened, he said to take it up with expedia and he could not refund us money as we booked with them and he "doesn't control the weather". Its like ok, but you could at least offer a dry room at minimum or a refund. Absolutely ridiculous

Wanda is an absolute gem of a person and an excellent cook. The room was comfortable and I really enjoyed having my own personal a/c unit. Location was extremely convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If I’m ever in the area again this is where I will be staying.
