The air conditioner has not been properly maintained. There is likely mold in the system that triggered my allergies. Now I’m suffering from an upper respiratory infection as a result of the neglected AC system. The room’s carpet had many stains. The carpet in the hallway way filthy. “Day” who was working at the front desk, was awesome and kind!

Poor service The room was noisy The guests next door kept their TV on at full volume all night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, a terrible experience. Highly disappointed with the housekeeping. Instead of giving me fresh sheets, the maid picked the dirty bedsheet up off the floor and put it back on the bed. Extremely unhygienic for a hotel listed on Hotels.com. Save your money and stay somewhere else!

The apartment was so nice and clean. It was a little confusing on how to get to the unit but the host was very respectful and helpful via call/text message throughout the entire stay. I will definitely be looking for more Landing properties to stay at.

The staff was absolutely great and our room was taken care of nicely. The only thing I would say is that when they came into clean they took the bath mat and didn’t empty all the trash cans. Other than that it was great!!

I arrived much earlier than the check-in time, and the staff were so helpful with not only finding me a room, but making sure that it was exactly what I expected. For my entire stay, everyone was helpful and kind. Moving forward, especially if I need to come back to North Carolina, I will definitely stay at this hotel.
