This has been by far the best Best Western I have ever stayed at. The rooms are really nice and clean. The staff is friendly. Definitely a great place for people with young children to stay. It is also located in a good spot with easy access to dining and shopping.

Room, parking, breakfast were all good.

Beautiful and very comfortable except for the air conditioner. It was not the best, could have been cooler at night when sleeping.

The staff was the best part of our stay, excellent customer service from all staff, especially the male night auditor! Not going to lie, for about $200 a night you would think there would be more amenities or the property would be more updated. Valet was not worth $51.00 in my opinion. It took almost 30 minutes for our car to be grabbed by the valet and that was after trying to call the ticket phone number listed multiple times to request pick up per the property. For future if we knew it was available, we would have parked out car right down the road at the pay and park place.

We loved the location, everything was clean, nice choices for breakfast, the kids loved the mini shuffleboard... But we all came home with bruises on our shins from the bed frames sticking out too far and having a tiny walkway between bed and TV stand.

The place was amazing! We had a great time and plan to return.

Super cute converted school house! Room was a bit small, but the high ceilings compensated for that, making it feel more roomy. Good appointments and comfortable bedding. Valet parking on the other hand is a joke at $64 a night! Stay away from the Metropolis lot across the way, only allows for 12 hours at a time (and overpriced with a booking service fee)....Do yourself a favor and book online with Spot Hero for the Tremont garage at 400 15th St. Not only do you get in and out privileges in a covered parking garage (looking at you potential hail damage!) but it was only $24 TOTAL for 3 days. Totally worth the quick 2 block walk! Only had breakfast at the onsite restaurant, but it was good, fresh and fast. Location was great for access to the Red Rocks Shuttle bus pick up by the big blue bear in front of the convention center (which was the main reason we chose this location). Good job Denver!!!
