It was horrifying to pull in the parking lot to see squad cars probably OP nation was there could not park in the parking lot could not get anyone to the front desk. Could not get anyone on the phone. It was horrifying. I had to leave there with my grandchildren and my daughter and husband to go to another hotel and spend $450 on a last-minute hotel reservation due to the hotel very very very disappointed I will never stay at another La Quinta ever again. I am telling all my friends and family. I am complaining to the head of staff once I get off the road traveling with my family. We were looking forward to our stay and it was a complete nightmare we could even go into the building barely absolutely unacceptable for anybody. I’m going to corporate La Quinta Wyndham.

The people are so friendly and it was a nice clean place with a great location. But here's the issue, one person in a couple is not going to be able to sleep right at night. Please let me explain. In a couple there was always one that sleeps deeper, and one that is kind of security. They listen for the noises and the creeps and bumps in the night to make sure everything's all right, even though they're sleeping, they are light sleepers and heat everything. Well, that person will have issues with the room when the A/C goes on and off, I don't know about the heat because it was really hot and in 90's during our stay, but that is the problem. There is a loud clunk whenever the air comes on and off and it sounds as if someone is walking through the front door. This happens many times during the night. And the couple that was staying in the room next to us that came with us, one of them couldn't sleep either. You are sleeping and then you hear this loud clunky noise of the A/C you get startled thinking someone's coming through your front door and it wakes you up to look. I could also hear car tires, 1 or 2, late at night because the lot is gravel parking lot. And we tried to use the swing out behind the outside eating area to sit on and the cup holders on the side bashed into the sides, so we can't really use it. But the breakfast was great and about many others considering it was free.

it was a great space and so fun to stay in

Room was very clean. My wife always wipes over remotes, lights switches, etc, With a disinfectant wipe and every thing was clean. Breakfast was good ,coffee was good, and coffee available 24 hours in lobby. Would stay again, especially if visiting some of the local attractions because you can access without getting on the interstate.

We’ve stayed here before. Always clean and close to everything. Will be staying again in the near future. Thank you!!!
