Breakfast made to order included. Restaurant on site was good food with mid range cost. If you are a guest at the hotel you get a 10% discount off your bill. Did not use the spa services but it looked nice. Room was clean and comfortable.

Such a lovely hotel, the breakfast was very good, room service was a really wonderful bonus. The pool and hot tub were perfect. Highly recommend

Great place clean and comfortable

Air conditioning was not working -

Hotel is older, obviously "well-used" and located in a less ideal part of the city. That said, the room rate reflects this and as a solo, female traveller, no related issues occurred while staying the one night. Room itself was quite bare. Small table with chair was squished in corner uncomfortably against protruding wall corner. Would have appreciated a living room style chair. TV did not work, staff were unable to troubleshoot and thought it was wifi related. Wifi worked on personal devices without problem. Bed was comfortable with very clean linens. Tub and toilet older but short in height. Located right next door to both Tim Hortons and McDonalds. Would have rated lower in review except for great customer interaction from staff both at check-in and check-out.

Clean room, staff were very nice, breakfast was only okay.
