Frazee Vacation Packages

We had a very below average stay at the hotel. While the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, the remaining issues result in a poor review. We wanted to use the fridge. The freezer was clogged with ice and was unuseable. We notified the front desk and they said they would get maintenance to take of it. They said they would get them to fix it. When we checked later in the afternoon, they informed us it could not be done that day but would be done the next. When we got back the next day, it was not completed. So the freezer remained useless. The front desk informed us that all staff had again left for the day and it would not be repaired. They also did not do any housecleaning in our room, not even the minimum. Again the staff indicated we did not request and therefore they would not do it. There was a piece of liquorice at the elevator the whole time we were there so suspect the hallways were not cleaned. This is backed up by the smelly foot scent in the hallways. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the staff not really interested in cleaning the tables or stocking supplies without requests. Thank goodness for the waffle machine. So our impressions, not great. Not a place I could return to.

It was dirty and smelly. Very gross

Very central Hotel with most of charm. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful location and very friendly and helpful staff with giving directions to local attractions. Would definitely recommend this hotel to those traveling to this area.
