WE wanted to use the pool. The heater was broken and the floor in the pool was filthy. It was very disappointing.

St. Charles Hotel
The desk is not usually staffed and the hotel seems nearly empty. For $200, my room had no closet, nowhere to hang clothes. There was a hook on the back of the bathroom door, but it had a dirty towel on it. Need I say more?

The Wick, Hudson, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel
We stayed in room 213. There’s definitely missing the couch and the AC did not work properly. It was 79° in the room. I did inform the front desk. I’d check out. This is my second time at this beautiful hotel.

When I got in my room last night someone had used my toilet and either not flushed it long enough or at all. There was literally poop, pee and toilet paper in the toilet. Absolutely disgusting.
