Pool was awesome. Did get super busy and unruly with a girls soccer team there and their parents on the outdoor patio drinking. Flooring was super slippery. Room was good. Was a quite stay.

This was a beautiful and unique property located in the heart of Minneapolis on the Mississippi river. It is beautiful, nostalgic, great place to eat, and a great place to walk around. I would go back.

Very comfortable rooms. Staff is not too visible. Some spaces are not used or available. ( Court Yard, restaurant space). Seems to be a hotel that is in transition.

It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality.
