Not happy ... Poor Front desk Dirty room

Staff was very nice and friendly.

Wind Creek Casino and hotel was excellent The people were friendly, very helpful. Always check to make sure if they could do anything to make our stay better. The staff members were very warm and welcoming, the property was well maintained clean and very inviting and relaxing. Excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay there.

We stay at this property regularly while visiting family. It’s not fancy but is always clean and comfy. Breakfast is ok — I was happy when they added waffle irons. They always have eggs and some sort of breakfast meat, but I’m allergic to eggs so I wish they would add oatmeal or perhaps a non-sugary cereal besides Froot Loops and Frosted Flakes.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a different layout that worked. I do wish there was an ice machine in our floor and not just on the first floor.
