The trip was planned for our 29th wedding anniversary. It was a very wonderful stay. The staff was very helpful restaurant on site was great breakfast and dinner. We plan to go back next year. Very satisfied

Everything was great. The only issue was the gas alarm kept going off in our unit and the one beside ours. Maintenance changed the alarms (no gas leaks) and it was fine. Just two sleepless nights later....

Location great, outdoor area nice, Front desk Employees very nice, and helpful, Breakfast buffet ok, coffee used in room not working well in coffee pot, needed 2 packs for mediocre coffee at best. Now the room, It was extremely run down, not very pleasing to be in, The bathroom wallpaper and trim were off color, and not very clean. Our furniture was very, very outdated and shabby. The pictures on website awfully misleading. That being said, I think that in order to be calling your hotel a Boutique Resort, you should at least get your rooms taken care of. The hallway filthy, and carpet a trip hazard, at elevator edge. There is a large Air grate? Very dirty I walked by it 5 days, Ice machine needed attention, bottom grate old and rusty. This was the 16th floor also. I didn't say anything because I felt to enjoy vaca did not want to make fuss at that time. Sincerely previous guest
