was a regular hotel, overall clean but a little far from hings

This is the second time staying at Landing Apartments. Big three bedroom apartment with 10' heigh ceiling. Right across shopping, Trader Joe's, and Guggelhupf bakery.

This seemed like a mediocre hotel. My room was not cleaned on check-in, you could see that some common areas were in need of maintenance. Parking seemed OK (currently construction happening) but they charge for it, and this area did not seem like high expense real estate where maybe you could justify that (and definitely did not seem like transit focused where you would skip the car). It was functional (I was there for an event) but I would prefer a discount chain over this property.

The apartment was just like the pictures! We would recommend this for anyone

It was great

They properly was really nice and I really like the decor and amenities. We were disappointed, however to learn upon arrival that they rooftop restaurant was closed for a private function. We were excited in advance for our trip about having some social time there, only to find that it was closed.

Close to Duke Hospital. The rooms are great. We stay every time we are in Durham.
