Our room couldn’t get the door open 90% of the time they had to come down and open it rather than switching us to another room. The place was not kept up very well at all although the staff was excellent especially Krystal. It was just not a good place to stay.

The room and house was gorgeous. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint I had was that the hall light was on all night, and there was a window over the door of my room that let it in so my room was not very dark at night. I noticed that other rooms did not have this window or had curtains cover them so I think other rooms did not have this problem. Everything else was amazing though and exactly as expected 😊

The property is extremely dated and wore out. Looks like they may be doing some work in some areas. Main elevator not working had to use elevator at back of building. Advertised breakfast included- told they are remodeling restaurant next door so no breakfast. They need to update their website accordingly.

Hotel staff very nice and professional. This is what a hotel should be. Bed was very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Room is spacious and very clean. One of the best hotels I have ever been to.
