Nice and clean and friendly staff

Please be warned !! this is NOT Legend Hotel Minot !! The sign out front is Sonesta Essential. Two women travelers in a downpour trying to figure that out! The front desk clerk couldn't clarify over the phone. When we finally went inside anyway, the excuse was that they were "under renovation"..... The front lobby had the coffee machine labeled as "out of order" as were all the ice machines except one on the 2nd floor. We were on the fourth floor at the end of the hall. The fire escape was boarded up, as they were on the other floors. There is today NO renovations in progress.

The room was clean and was great for our needs with a separate bedroom. Staff were great to deal with. Parking was plenty and easy. Shower was nice and clean.

Front desk attendant was very polite and upbeat. We liked having a fridge and sink in our room. Lots of outlets which was great for charging devices. Tub had black mold unfortunately and pool deck was very dirty.
