the room was dirty, stains on the sheets and pillows, hair in the shower, stains on towels, & BED BUGS!!!!

It was a decent hotel, but a couple things came up that made me not want to return. The room smelt musty and there was a huge cockroach in the bathroom, and we even found a baby cockroach as well. Unfortunately it was found the morning we were checking out, otherwise we would have requested a different room. Other than that, the staff was great and the breakfast had a good selection.

Is it a good job remodeling the place clean outside it’s pretty clean bunches cut the grass is cut.

The woman at the reception desk was most pleasant and kind, she knows her business

Windcreek Montgomery is a great place to visit and win lots of money at! Staff is always helpful, the place is always clean. 10/10 recommend
