Room in the 4th floor was clean and well-lit. Reception team was very helpful; they changed us the following night after realizing we were not honored with a higher floor room. Hive bar staff are very friendly. Didn’t try the rooftop this time as it was very busy. Will be back!

My stay was everything I could have imagined. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive. Hospitality was 10 out of 10. The spa services were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is in a very nice and convenient area, the staff was amazing, and they made our trip better than we had imagined.

Everything was perfect and convenient. I liked that it was not in the middle of all DC traffic. Yet close enough to main DC. I felt very safe as a solo traveler. They also have a museum with IG the university that was great learning. I will def be back. Thank you

The resort it beautiful. Sometimes the waiter and the bars and Buffett were too slow. The resort is big so if you you’re stuck with a villa that’s far away you have to walk A LOT! The trolleys are hard to find and they won’t stop for you. The food was okay. Everyone is very nice. I wish they had a proper club on the resort for adults. *

From the hotel cleanliness, to the extremely welcoming staff, to the endless child friendly amenities, we could not have asked for a better experience. Absolutely could not recommend this hotel more. A must stay in National Harbor!
