Very Disappointing Experience Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The customer service at the front desk was horrible. The staff member was incredibly rude, especially when my daughter was simply trying to purchase an item. His attitude was so unpleasant that he actually made my daughter cry. No guest, especially a child, should be treated that way. The breakfast was also very disappointing. The food was poor quality, and the coffee was terrible. For the price we paid, we expected much better service and a much more welcoming experience. I would not recommend this hotel based on our experience. The management really needs to address the customer service and overall guest experience.

It was a nice quiet stay though the property is quite outdated. Nothing a revamp wouldn't remedy.

Walked off elevator and smelled heavily of bleach. Room was worse and smelled of ammonia. Had to change rooms it was so bad. Staff was nice about it but makes me want to avoid this place because it was bad. Restaurant is fair.

The hotel is located a perfect place and staff are very kind. The facility is well maintained.

Manager Jamie was wonderful and helped make dinner reservations and more, helping us enjoy our stay. Wonderful asset; she was regularly cleaning and patrolling the grounds. If I had a business, I would just turn it over to her and never worry!
