The Exeter In. Is a beautiful historic inn recently purchased which will bring much needed updates to this gem. The rooms will gradually be updated……the restaurant is very good and staff very helpful. Full breakfast as part of the stay, easy parking but needs to become handicapped accessible. There is an elevator but steps on front and side entry.

There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

The room was fine, but it was a "suite" and so I expected at least plates, silverware, coffee cups and maybe a toaster and coffee maker. None of these were to be found. There was a dish washer though, so maybe at some point these items were there...?

The accommodations were exactly what I was expecting, clean and spacious. All the staff were friendly. The pools and hot tubs were aplenty. I like that this place is just a couple minutes from downtown Lincoln. Definitely in consideration for a future stay!

Eagle Mountain House is a classic New Hampshire historic hotel property. So you have to expect that some aspects of the property are not modern. But the quintessential charm of “grand hotels” is perfect for family fun!

Chambres très propre ! Mini frigo et cafetière! C'est super d'avoir un balcon ou un patio avec des chaises extérieures ! Bonnes heures d'ouverture de la piscine. Endroit tranquille, et bien situé! Un gros WOW!
