Glastonbury Vacation Packages

It says parking is included but I had to pay for parking every day. Front desk couldn’t fix it, the people she called didn’t fix it. Missed a work meeting because of the whole ordeal. Just the night is $24.

First class establishment

Our stay was very good. Way better than staying at a hotel. Would definitely do it again.

You can tell this place once was fabulous. They have tried to make upgrades here and there, but this place is in desperate need of an overhaul. The rooms are run down and look dirty/grimy. The lobby was nice, the fact that they stock breakfast items, coffee and other goodies in the lobby was a plus. We got to our room and the toilet wouldn’t flush. The person at reception was super nice about it and immediately moved us. But for the price charged, this was a very disappointing experience.

More modern facilities feature hardwood floors, larger TVs,and USB ports, but the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. The indoor pool is a plus.

Bed was very, very uncomfortable. I ended up sitting in a chair most of the night.

Terrible, worst stay ever . It was such a hassle to get in no clear instructions… never again

Needs upgrading. Breakfast was good except for cheap plastic wear. Policy for canceling was not customer friendly. Tried to cancel due to a violent storm, no refund was allowed.
