Booked property through Expedia and paid for a 1 bedroom suite and received a studio. Though check in process, using their keyless app, was simple, there was no one present to discuss what I paid for vs what we received for a room. When I contacted their customer service number, there was always a human answering the line but they were not empathetic or seeking to resolve the discrepancy.

The accommodation was great and spacious enough for a large group. There were five of us, and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean, and everything we needed was provided, including towels, soap, dishwasher detergent, and more. We turned on the oven to make dinner, but we were unable to turn it off because the buttons weren’t working. We called for assistance and received a response very quickly, which made us feel supported and taken care of. Overall, we had a great stay! The apartment was lovely, and the location was excellent, especially for getting to Boston by public transportation.

Not an amazing experience. My son studies in Cambridge so we travel quite often to Boston and usually stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton. This time we wanted to try something different and we decided for the Raffles Boston. The stay was not as expected due to the following: 1- AC not working properly second night, room became too hot to sleep comfortable. Good thing it was fix the next day (after we reported it to the front desk) but we didn't sleep well for one night out of the three we stayed there. 2- on our third day of the stay the valet parking took 50 minutes to get our car. The valet ticket states expect times of 20-30 minutes but 50 minutes is too much time. 3- On the second day of the stay we selected for the room to be clean at 11am when we left the room, when we came back at 2:30 the room was still not done. We had to report it to the front desk. Is this little things that add up that shouldn't have to happen especially in a high end Hotel. We had to complain multiple times to the front desk about AC not working properly, room not being clean when we selected it to be clean while we were out and the cherry on top the valet parking taking almost one hour to retrieve our car. At the end, we are going to continue to stay at the Four Seasons in Dalton.

They charged me a $250 pet fee for one night. Be warned that they will rip you off.

The Fairmont Gold level is the best I’ve ever experienced. From the way on line booking to the upgrade section, it was seamless. At check in, Kevin, got my room ready even though I was 6 hours early. Later that day, Kadija was accommodating to my request without any hesitation.

Parking is charged upon check-in but there was no parking. Anywhere. First off. They force valet upon you, even if you do not want it, or your car 3 blocks away. They have a few spots Under their building and the employees appear to use those. We drove around for an hour waiting for them for have an opening. It was 9pm. And their bar seemed to have all of the spots taken up. Our entire take out dinner got cold and soggy in the process and it was ny husbands birthday. 100$ worth of food. Eventually we used a pay to park across the street and walked to the hotel. For this reason alone, I would not stay there again. Got parking refunded through hotels.com

Excellent experience
