Room was uncleaned with no sheets on bed upon arrival. Absolutely disgusting bathroom.

Staff was friendly and breakfast was satisfying. Hotel overall was old and in need of repairs: Carpeting, elevator is still broken from last trip, security lock on door was missing, stains on curtains and sheets, stoppers missing from drains, doors to stairwells were propped open.

This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, please just book elsewhere. The hallways smelt like cigarettes and dog urine. The sheets in the rooms had stains ingrained into them. The air conditioner did not work they ended up moving me to another room at 3am in the morning when I had to work at 7am the next day. People were intoxicated and fighting outside in the hallway all night

#1 The TV didn't work. #2 I asked three days in a row for towels. I was told the third day "Go up to your room, bring the dirty towels down and we will give you new towels." #3 The shower curtain was dirty and moldy. #4 The towels were old and dingy. #5 The toilet paper sits on top of the vanity because the holder was broken. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable. I was there five nights. The first morning an employee asked me "Are you checking out?" Why would you ask that? I wasn't in the lobby, I was getting in my car to go to breakfast. Next year, I will book something closer and nicer near Hershey. I dont expect 5 star service. 2 star would be nice. I got 1. The service comes across as "We got your money, what more do would need?"
