There was no staff available and we could not have our fully paid and reserved rooms, we stayed for over an hour and called every possible number and no one responded. We were told by other guests that the staff leaves early many times and no one will be available to help you get your rooms. We booked two rooms and we could not have keys so we had to drive all the way back from Kansas to Ohio without sleeping. Horrible experience, We will request a full refund.

While we love to stay here when we are in town this stay was very undesirable! The air conditioning couldnt get below 68 so we called the front desk twice to no answer or call back? Then i went down to the front desk and they sent a maintenance man up and said no problems that it just couldnt keep up?

The room was clean and comfortable, although a bit humid even with the a/c running. The spa services were amazing! We really enjoyed the outdoor pool, although the drinks were a bit high at the pool ($14 - $16 for a mixed drink about 10 oz.).

The staff, Kai and Katie were extremely friendly and helpful! The property was well maintained and very clean. Our room was clean, spacious and nicely appointed. Laundry facility worked out perfect and the pool was refreshing!! Great place to stay.

I had no need to have my room addressed daily.. The Do Not Disturb was respected. The television was easy to manage as opposed to what I’ve experienced elsewhere!

Unclean room when arrived, asked for towels and I had to go find a housekeeper because the front desk manager never brought us any after I called. I had to go find a sweet housekeeper to come and clean our room. Upon arrival the staff didnt even know that the room wasnt cleaned and that it wasnt actually ready but checked us in anyways. Then no staff at check out or on site after hours. And the manager told us there was free breakfast and there actually was no breakfast in site at all so we left hungry and frustrated. Very disappointed considering we were there for the world cup game. And the amount of money we paid for this room we expected more. I do not recommend this place.

Good
