Nice place, quiet, very clean, friendly staff, big parking lot. I’d gladly stay here again! :)

Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast vouchers were amazing and being next to a indoor water park was also a plus!

We love staying here but it may not be for everyone. The elevator and entrances to elevator on each floor are filthy. The garbage cans outside are usually packed full of trash. But they only charge $25 for pets, staff is usually friendly and there is a decent breakfast.

Loved the fireplaces (although didn't use them in July) and the overall ambiance. Very clean property; the staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was a bit meh, but I found food I could enjoy (I don't eat waffles as a rule). Felt safe and secure and comfortable, which is what is important for me as a single woman traveler.
