Nice and cozy with the fireplace. The bed was really comfortable and nice big tv to watch. Front staff was freindly

I stayed here for work. Upon arriving in my room, there were dirty sticky drink rings and sticky spots on the side end tables by the bed. I called down to the front desk, asked someone to come and clean it, they advised they would. No one ever came to clean it. When I addressed this in the morning with the front desk they played dumb, very unhelpful and proceeded to tell me to contact the Front Desk Manager. I emailed the provided email that day and have followed up, over a week still no response and nothing done on their part to remedy the situation. Front desk staff I found were rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I stood at the front desk calling out excuse me for at least 5 minutes before someone came from the back to help me at EIGHT AM. Very poor experience.

Room was clean, but at least half of the things in the room didn't work, or only sort of worked. Parking is totally unacceptable. Breakfast was more in line with what I would expect at a budget hotel. Staff really lacked with things they should have known about the property.

Shower didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Fridge didn’t work. Sheets and pillow cases were not clean. Visible stains on them. Overpriced room for all of the broken stuff that comes with it. Staff were not helpful in assisting to get a discount off the room either
