The room was great! The ponds were great for kids to fish. The restaurant was ok. Very beautiful views. However the lodge was really nice…. But had very thin walls! I could hear people walking around all night up stairs. I could hear talking and even snoring through the walls. Oh and the ice machine would go off all hours of the night. Very loud.

Old, dirty, smelly. Door didn’t seal shut - could see daylight around the door. Weird corner shower in bathroom, water got everywhere. My mom felt like she had to clean the bathroom before she could use it. She literally scrubbed the bathroom walls. Paid $100 for the room then the next night I was able to get a room at Little America for the same price and what a difference!!

Showed up after hours to find a cabin with no bedding. Called the after hours number, left message and no call back or response of any kind. Emailed thru Expedia asking for a refund.

Sheets and mattress cover dirty and stained. Shower floor dirty and mold in corners and main bathroom floor dirty. We looked at second room, it was the same. We did no stay there.

Bathroom floor wasn’t clean.

Great hotel, plenty of parking space when I was there. Most of the staff were really nice
