A+++

The bones of this place are still there. But the service has left the building. Very disappointing Housekeeping regularly neglected to clean our room even after we confirmed with front desk, that we wanted it clean. Toilet broke twice. No tissues left in room The heat was not on in October, Only AC worked. They had to service the room to make heat work. The first night we ate the the hotel restaurant and both of our dishes were extremely disappointing Housekeeping forgot.

This is a very dated resort on the o

4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. Then we try to take a bath. Jets don’t work. We were offered lots of apologies. Nothing else. No further attempt at repair. The next morning, they ran out of food for one of the guests and the woman told the couple that that’s all they had. Horrible horrible service. Would not stay again.
