The front desk staff did not seem to be knowledgeable at all about the property or amenities. Could not charge items at the pool bar to the room.

The Hacienda was an amazing place for my wife and I to celebrate our anniversary in Santa Fe. The hotel is in a great location, not far from the square. The breakfast and happy hour were great and having a shuttle readily available is extremely useful. The hotel was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff really prides themselves in what they do there and it shows. All in all my wife and I loved this place and plan to stay again next time we are in Santa Fe!

Beautiful, clean property. We loved our room and the amenities. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

For the amount of money for the stay $1200 for 3 days..the amenities are minimal. The rooms are so small that there was no chair to sit in except the hard desk chair, the pillows are small and hard. The room was more for 1 person vs two people. Small TV. The lounge bistro didn't have ice tea?? Couldn't believe that. I would suggest lowering the price per night to match the accommodations.

There was no internet! And when we asked if the staff would clean the room after the first day of our 2 day stay, they said that they are a “time share” and do not provide cleaning services. At least the rooms were spacious and clean at The time of check in.

The showers are pretty old and do not have safety bars to prevent older folks from falling. We brought this issue to the attention of the desk staff and were informed that renovation is scheduled soon and this concern will be addressed.
