Not a 4 star hotel but clean and comfortable enough. We were in a no smoking room that had been smoked in heavily. The bar and restaurant are handy but it's a heavily attended comedy club. The parking was almost full on Saturday night and very noisy when club closed down at 1 or 1:30 am. So... 4 stars for a 3 star motel.

This was my first experience with Spark. It is a middle of the road hotel. Small pool, small rooms, and not quite conducive to four people getting ready in the morning. The bathroom mirror, toilet, and shower were in the same space with a glass shower which made it hard to use with more than one person in the bathroom. It’s not that I wouldn’t stay again. It’s just that there are other hotels I’d choose above this one.

The hotel’s location is unbeatable, situated right in the center of the park and making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. However, our stay was marred by a significant reservation issue; upon arrival, we were told our room had been double-booked. Instead of the two queen beds we had reserved, we were provided with a single king bed and a sofa. This caused quite a bit of inconvenience for our group, and we were disappointed that the room configuration did not match what we confirmed at booking. While this is an ongoing problem at many hotels, the front desk staff did send an email with an apology and a partial refund, which was the right thing to do.

Hilton member here and unfortunate experience. Our toilet had not been cleaned and was SO dirty! With kids, we were already settled by the time we saw it, and no way we were gonna wait for someone to come, so my husband just cleaned it himself. We got a very large suite which was nice - and the reason we choose the hotel. But definitely older, girls complained about the not comfy blankets. Breakfast is good, just not the cleanest and not everything replenished. Overall ok, but would choose something else next time in Hershey.

The air conditioner wasn't working properly and after 5 days no one came to check after me calling every day my daughter developed severe bacterial infection .the hotel refused to let us stay longer so my daughter can get better they refused to take responsibility and I heard several other people had the same issue

Run from this property!! Booked 1 1/2 months in advance. When arrived late at night after traveling since 3am from the west coast with small children was told that they only have a basement room available and that I could first look at it and then if it is not satisfactory they would refund me. What choice does that leave me to try to find a new hotel late at night? Then when I accepted the basement room where the air was not working in the middle of summer they said I could pack up and drive another 13 minutes farther east of where I needed to be to a cousin's hotel for the same price. How is that an accommodation? They should not be renting these basement rooms (there are only two rooms down here that should not even be rentable units). And if people make reservations in advance they should hold a reserved room and not place them in the dungeon. Smoke detector was removed from room. Bugs in room. Large cracks in wall that are concerning on whether basement is safe. Bathroom sink had a chunk missing in the basin that they had tried to glue back in. This is not a family friendly establishment and they are simply trying to make as much money as possible.
