Laundry in the suite was a must after camping for 4 days. Staff was super helpful and super friendly. Microwave and hood were down (spare microwave in the room), And the bedroom AC just blew regular air, but nothing to complain about. We can see some upgrades to the thermostat and TV's, so apparent they are working to improve the property. Our go-to place to stay when we are in south Edmonton for an extended period, price was terrific.

It’s a fine hotel. Good location but we it was overpriced for the amenities that came with it.

The Matrix hotel in downtown Edmonton has been a gem to us. We have stayed there 3 times in the past two years and have had nothing but good experiences. The rooms are clean and well taken care of, the front staff and the Loft staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is always a pleasure!
