Unfortunately, our stay was pretty disappointing. The breakfast was overcooked and not very enjoyable. The hot tub was out of order, and the pool was poorly maintained. Our room was on the second floor, and the AC barely worked. We noticed the third floor was even worse, while the main floor seemed to be the only area that was actually cool. On top of that, the vending machines were not working. Overall, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that made the stay less comfortable than expected.

Our room was clean, except for a piece of trash between the desk and tv stand. On our 3rd day, I had only asked for new towels and trash to be taken out. The house keeper I found only spoke spanish, i used my translater on phone. She said she would take care of it, even though it wasnt on her list, but she gave no extra wash cloths or hand towels and she did re make the beds. Not a complaint. The pool was down the 1st day but then it was working again. When we checked in, the desk person was away and did take them awhile to come back. We would definately stay here again. Breakfast was ok, we only ate there 1 day out of the 3.

I always pull back the sheets to check for bugs at every place I stay. When I pulled back the sheets I noticed stains and a disgusting mattress. Completely disgusting.

Hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The rooms are very dated. I was charged an additional $20 for early check in, which was 2 hours. This is crazy! Most hotels let you go ahead and check in, if they have a room available. I won't be staying here again.
