We won't stay there again. Every noisy. Couldn't sleep because you could hear everything in the room next to us

Great Stay.

Hot tub was down. We booked two rooms. Room #1- cracks in walls, in shower and along the window. No extra sheets for the pull out bed so had to go down and get some. Phone didn’t work to call down and when you call the hotel ph# no one answers. Room was way too warm yet the AC was but only pointing direct at said bed and it was flowing through the whole room. Bed was way too close to the AC unit which is why nothing was circulating throughout the room. Room#2- a little nicer suite and better spaced out. Only issue was that the tv and phone didn’t work. Again had to go all the way down just to get someone to help. Anything that required to be plugged in; clock & lamps. Also, picture of rooms did not display a complete true room design. Overall, staff were very nice and kind and my kiddos loved the breakfast.

The hotel is a beautiful older building, it has many charming characters which I do love, but the room feel stuffy, carpet need replace, pillows and mattress not comfortable. They do not have fitted sheet, just flat king size sheet so it's too long, few times I trip over it. I stayed at indigo no charge for parking but magnolia charge $32 per day. There are no daily cleaning service. I would not stay here again

Great hotel. Wonderful ambiance and location. call ahead if you want valet parking - it was full when we checked in. Don't plan on early check-in.

Nice hotel, room was clean and nicely decorated. Bed was super comfy. They had a nice happy hour with free beer and wine which was a nice touch. I missed the breakfast because I slept in. It was hard to do because the maids were a little aggressive to clean the room in the morning, knocking on the door at 8 am and again at 9 am. I would stay there again but would hang a do not disturb tag on the door.
