I met three staff members here. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Seriously...the most friendly staff I have encountered in all of my travel days.

Nice place to stay but rooms can use an upgrade. Remove rugs and upgrade television sets. Also resort fee is expensive especially during off season.

Just fantastic… we held a retreat her and they were amazing in all areas we could have asked for.

The mattress and bedding were extremely comfortable. Everything was top notch! The front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

Nice clean place, but one of the rooms was not how it was pictured. Instead of a queen, it had bunk beds. Water pressure was great upstairs but low downstairs in the bathroom. Also, ice maker didn't work. Great location

This place is a joke ! If you want good customer service - this isn’t it. It’s clean but that’s its only benefit. I was told they would be able to facilitate a 2 pm check in. They were not. My room wasn’t ready for several hours after I arrived. I booked this place specifically for that reason as I had been up since 3am and wanted to sleep before hiking. Water bottle fill station had hot water coming out of it. No drinkable water / water bottles Coffee station was out of lids, trash is never taken out. A BROKEN window in my room REFUSED to refund me any portion of my money and the front desk is constantly running around like crazy saying “we’re so short on house keeping” as an excuse for a poorly run business
