My room was very clean and housekeeping is wonderful. Angel is the living room is so wonderful and helpful her name fits her perfectly

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL I had a frustrating experience with a hotel listing on Expedia because the room I received looked materially different from the photos shown for the room type I booked. The hotel initially blamed Expedia and told me Expedia had posted the wrong photos. When I contacted Expedia, however, I was told that the hotel itself had supplied the images through its Expedia account. I appreciated that Expedia took the complaint seriously and ultimately issued a small refund after reviewing the situation. The hotel only authorized a tiny amount, they should be embarrassed. My main concern is that customers should be able to rely on the photos attached to a specific room type when making a reservation. I hope Expedia reviews this property’s listing and requires updated, accurate images so future guests know what they are actually booking. Or Penalizes the Property, they cannot be trusted. The resolution from Expedia was appreciated, but the situation should not have happened in the first place.
