Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles.

We were in Boston for the Mammoth March in Hingham and needed a base for some sight seeing in Boston for the week. We did not have a rental car but the parking garage was easily accessible and secure. We were able to get ubers very easily from the location. The Chelsea train station was only a 5 min walk away and the trains were reliable and efficient. The support staff replied to all our messages in the chat option quickly and were very helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and set up. The apartment was clean and all the linens and towels were freshly laundred. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

This was a very clean and well-looked after property, and the staff went out of their way to check everything was in order.

There was not adequate parking. The indoor and outdoor pools were freezing with the exception of one, but that one was loaded with children. The paint was peeling everywhere. There were much needed repairs visible in the room, as well as in the pool area. The hotel only allowed one pool towel. The room had a fireplace that did not work and a toaster that also did not work. We would never recommend this place.

今年オープンしたばかりらしく、施設の新しさ、清潔さなど完璧でした。フロントスタッフの人数が少なく、少し待たされましたが、スタッフの方は笑顔でとても気持ちよく丁寧に対応してくれました。 ボストンはどこもホテル代が高くて、遠く離れないとリーズナブルなところが見つけられません。ここも決して安くはないものの、中心部から近いので、トータルでバランスが取れていて良いホテルだと思います！ It seems the hotel just opened this year, so the facilities were brand new and impeccably clean. Although there were few staff members at the front desk and I had to wait a little, the staff were smiling and provided very pleasant, courteous service. Hotel rates in Boston are high everywhere, and it’s hard to find reasonably priced options unless you look quite far out. While this hotel isn't exactly cheap, its proximity to the city center makes it a great choice that offers a good overall balance!

This is more like university housing than anything else. The building is full of students and poorly maintained, with visitors following others into the entrance. Carpeting is stained, paint is chipping, blinds are broken, the a/c didn't work, the hallway smells. Communication with the Evonify owners was poor, and we had to go through Hotels.com to receive our access code/registration in time for our arrival and, ultimately, a refund. We left a few minutes after we entered the unit. Not recommended. It is not the sunny, pristine, and secure apartment that appears in the photos.

Had a great stay for 3 day work trip. Would highly reccommend. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room immaculate. Will be back.
