The new/ updated Aviator Suites was a great choice. The staff is all very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries and they keep the place clean and lively. Renovation was still in progress and the bar and lounge area wasn’t open yet, but once it is, it will be a the bet place to stay in Juneau. It’s a perfect location to the airport and central if you’re going north or south, if you have transportation. Definitely going to stay there again!

Room was adequate. TV did not work and no shampoo in the shower. It was empty. Everything else was decent.

Not having an elevator made it difficult for me (age 81) and my husband (age 83). A staff member helped us with our luggage at check-in, but we were on our own when picked up at 5:50AM for our ride to the airport.

Clean, friendly staff, great location

At first we were taken aback at what appeared to be a no frills hotel. As it turned out, we were very comfortable in our spacious suite. The two queen beds were very comfortable. It was nice having the living room, kitchen and full-sized laundry machines even though we didn't use them. If you have a car and plan to spend a few days in the Juneau area this is a perfect place to stay. The location is NOT CENTRALLY located in town. You need to be healthy and like to walk. If you don't enjoy getting some exercise, which we did, you might need to take a taxi into the commercial center. It is very convenient to the State Museum, supermarket and some cute cafes.

Close to shopping and the docks for cruises. Friendly staff. Breakfast was low-key but good.
