Our stay was comfortable, quiet, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and well maintained. My only suggestion would be a small coffee maker in the room. Also, the mini fridge door tends to be challenging to close in the space it was hoised within in our room. Otherwise, excellent stay.

I reserved 2 rooms for our friends and my husband and me back in April for the PendletonStampede. We did not check in until 10:15 PM for our reservation because we were at the rodeo. When we were to check in, they informed us that at 9:00 PM, they emailed me wanting to confirm. We were at the rodeo and I didn't check my emails so they sold one of our rooms. There were no rooms anywhere so we had to drive 4 hours home. That same morning, I tried to get a number to call and confirm. I found no less than 5 different numbers all of which were automated with no person to talk to. I left a message to have the general manager call me with no response.

I booked a room with this hotel for the week of the Pendleton roundup. It was very expensive but the location was perfect. My booking was done in January. I received a confirmation of my reservation two days prior to arriving. When I arrived I was informed that they had canceled my reservation due to the fact that the booking site opened the booking before pricing had been set. As if $1400 for two nights at one star hotel wasn’t enough. They claimed that they tried to contact me but I never received and communication from them. Trying to find alternative accommodations at this event is t the easiest. I will never book here again.

Very comfortable beds, good temperature control in the room, fairly quiet A/C, no traffic noise and an excellent breakfast selection.
