Halfway Vacation Packages

Upon making reservation no mention of an additional $176.00 for having a dog was never mentioned in print except that they were dog friendly. When I tried to cancel my second night reservation they would not cancel and charged for room and additional fee for having a dog. There was blood stain on one of the Pillow cases.

The property needs to be torn down and rebuilt. It was great back in the 90s but there have been no improvements. The floor in my room was filthy, the cleaning crew had gone home. I offered to vacuum my room however the staff could not find the vacuum. I asked for a new room and was given one next to my original room. The floor in the new room was dirtier than the original. I told staff I would stay in my original room and keep my shoes on. Do not make the same mistake.
