The room and hotel was in bad shape had a weird smell, floor was dirty we kept our socks on the entire time. Lots of homeless people walking through the lot, very loud all through the night. We had no hot water at all should have asked for my money back but it was late.

The vibe of the entire place was great.. the wife and myself loved the style and charm of the old brick mill made new.

When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get.

This a very beautiful home. The property is well decorated, clean, and spacious. The master bedroom has a lovely shower and bear on the wall. Which was a plus to me.
