besides having someone steal our door dash order which was not fault of the hotel we had a nice stay.

My room was decent with a small kitchen, which I liked but minimal kitchen storage. No place to put clothes, no dresser. Or drawers of any type in living area of room. No toilet paper or any basic supplies to get started. Freezer worked well for frozen foods and ice cream.

The villa that my wife and I stayed in was nothing short of magnificent

Worth it for your piece of mind. Safe area, safe hotel, valet and front desk staff were super helpful, valet team went above and beyond on their own offer to help when I was alone with small kids. Good breakfast service. Coffee available only until 10:30 but good selection

The check in staff and housekeeping were pretty great but the staff at the bless your heart and downstairs restaurant were very rude and slow. They acted like they didnt want to serve you or that you were annoying them. Just bad experience with those two things. They also added an additional tip onto your bill so watch that.

Great stay and experience. Was there for a work trip, only thing was the valet couldn’t find my car one morning which made me late to work. Aside from that it was amazing

I've stayed here twice now. The gym is spacious, bright, and well-equipped and the staff are great (especially the front desk and the breakfast staff). They're friendly and very willing and quick to help. Housekeeping was mostly good though for some reason on one day they only did a partial cleaning (e.g., coffee supplies were not replaced, bed was not made). The location is just a few minutes from Centennial Park and there are a number of restaurants in walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel if staying downtown.

I didn’t like that there’s no one to help you with luggage. I had heavy suitcases that I had to maneuver and figure out, even with the luggage cart it was a struggle and not a good way to begin trip after traveling for iver 24 hours they don’t clean your room everyday and you have to go down for deliveries. There’s no to your door service
