We were not happy with the rooms as they were so dated. Paneling on the wall with holes of past thing’s been hung over the years . The vanity must have been broke at some point because of the huge crack and was glued back together. Also the indoor pool wasn’t working and needed to be fixed, We will never go there again , it’s too bad it could be a really nice place ,

We stay here once or twice a year and have been very happy with this property. We bring our grandchildren and there is plenty of room for everyone. The townhouses are clean and neat and in good working order. The staff is friendly and helpful and we enjoy the pools and the game room.

The staffing at the restaurant left room for improvement. It seemed to me they were understaffed and the staff that was there was inexperienced. The staff however was very pleasant and apologized for the glitches. One of our meals was completely compensated to make up for the inconvenience which was very much appreciated.

Everything was great. Check in process was easy. Condo was spacious and clean. If I had any complaint it would probably the pool area which was on the small side with very little seating. Lots to do in the area so we didn't go to the pool too often anyways. I would recommend the Condo for it's space, cleanliness and proximity to all of the activities in the area.

Beautiful old building with rooms furnished with antique furniture and historic decorations. Located half a block from the North Conway historic shopping district, everything you need within walking distance.

It's a good location near Mt. Sunapee and close to Sunapee harbor. Hotel has an indoor pool, which we did not use. Be prepared to check in using your phone because there is no one is going to greet you at reception. There is a phone you can pick up and call customer service if you can't figure out how to check out on your phone.
