Angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich. Allerdings ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig. Man kann jeden hören der im Gang langgeht. Das war kein Problem weil nachts niemand umhergelaufen ist, aber es ist mir morgens aufgefallen als alle zum Frühstück gegangen sind.

This is one of the best hotels that I have stayed. It has plenty of character. The staff are fantastic, the hotel is spotless. The resturant is very good. Should I return to Wernigerode, I will be staying here.

Best Western Hotel Schlossmuehle
The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

Sehr idyllischund ruhig gelegenen, geräumige Zimmer. Ein Spielzimmer für Kinder ist vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet war, vermutlich aufgrund der geringen Auslastung während der Nebensaison, sehr spartanisch. Nur Rüheei, kein Speck dazu. Keine Croissants/ Hörnchen oder ähnliches, leider nur Aufbackbrötchen ...
