Loved The Gracie Suite! We absolutely loved our stay at The Downtown Post in The Gracie Suite! From the moment we arrived, it felt comfortable, welcoming, and peaceful. The suite was beautifully done, very clean, and had so much charm and character. It was one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Everything was thoughtfully put together, and we really appreciated the little details that made our stay extra enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely stay here again and won't hesitate to recommend "The Downtown Post" to family and friends. If you're considering booking it—do it! The carpet was so nasty I put my shoes on even if it was for just 4 steps. The TV wouldn't turn on, everything else on that outlet worked. I booked non-smoking, then they lied to me saying I booked a smoking room. Everything was full so I was stuck with a smoking room. The shower head had black mold on it . I've stayed at a lot of motels & this one takes the top spot for the nastiest. Maybe the non-smoking rooms are better, but there is no way I'd chance it. Stayed 3 nights, only got clean towels after the first night. They never changed the bedding the entire stay. Saw the cleaning crew using a Wal-Mart & a Target shopping cart to haul the linens from the laundry room. That was classy.

Some highway noise in room. Breakfast was limited to rolls or cereal. A bargain stay that was clean
