Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was ok

Obviously, long-term rentals, and the associated problems with that. Woken up constantly overnight by people, walking past the window, talking, swearing, and being obnoxiously loud. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel. The room stank like stale cigarettes like an old smoked in pub, the bathroom floor has a stain of something right in front of the toilet, and the carpet which was very old had multiple stains throughout. Again, it was not a good experience and I highly recommend avoiding this one.

Do not stay here...disgusting room, no help, towels had lipstick and hair on them and gnats coming out of the drains. Food and a toothbrush found in my room? With trash and a/c hardly worked, rooms had no double lock or fire/smoke alarm. Smelled like curry.

Everything was super good, only other downfall was a high fee for having a dog in the room even when we were only in the room from 6pm - 9:30 am. But thats what happens when you travel with pets.

Will not stay here again due to pool being closed and nobody on staff knew why. This was prime travel and pool season. We chose this hotel for that amenity. Also, there was food at the head of the bed that was left even though bedding seemed to be fresh. Breakfast was great though.
