Helper Vacation Packages

Our room had food crumbs and ants around the baseboards. The ants got into some of our food and we had to throw it out. Bathtub was very dirty, toilet rocked from side to side and had the cheapest toilet seat that was not even tightened on. The carts for luggage was very dirty. Staff talked to each other in a foreign language to each other while checking us in. Checking in took to long because they would say a few words to us and then talk to each other for a minute or two, this continued the entire time that we were checking in. Breakfast was ok, the fruit was old and shriveled up. The first morning there was yogurt but none the second day. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely spend more next time for a nicer place to stay.

Clean room and staff was very helpful

Gots clean here with very nice staff, adequate breakfast and lovely grab and go snack bags during the week. We asked several people for a replacement dark makeup towel that we had the first night and no luck, and pillows were not great. But otherwise lovely and comfortable stay. Good value.

The room was large, great for families. Having a kitchen sink and larger refrigerator was a bonus. Breakfast buffet was great and the staff at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. Will be staying again.

Great stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Nice location, close to a lot of shops and restaurants and easy access for travel.
