The beach front location is perfect and offers easy access to the beach. The updated efficiency room was modern and clean. Parking was across the street but it was free and within walking distance. My only complaint was check in because the room was not ready until almost 6pm. They did not have a since of urgency about the matter until I started to request freebies, which were all declined by the way. Instead of offering, a late check out, free breakfast or a complimentary drink they just keep telling you the room is almost ready. They did give us a wrist band and a key card that allows you to access the property's amenities until your room is ready. Still a drag after a long day of driving in. 5 stars for the location and Ocean front views.
