Super clean and quiet….

It should be noted that you have to pay an extra fee to go to the waterpark there, but the staff was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay.

Our hotel room was newly renovated, so everything was clean and nice. But it was done very awkwardly. There were gaps in the flooring as if someone had pieced it badly together and didn't measure correctly. Very weird. The bed frames were larger than the mattress, so you felt like sitting on a platform. But other than that the room was spacious enough for a family of four. The beds were okish to sleep in, so for one night with a family it was nice and acceptable especially for this low price in the prime hotel location of Orlando.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. It offered only a few hard-boiled eggs, sliced bread, very poor-quality coffee, and a limited selection of fruit. On top of that, there was always a long line of guests waiting. We stayed for five nights but had breakfast at the hotel only once because it simply wasn’t worth it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better breakfast. Improving the breakfast would make this hotel even better.

As many reviews state, the place was spacious and clean. HOWEVER, all the lights in the condo are those bright white lights, like a hospital operating room. Also, some of the people at the front desk are not as helpful and friendly as most places are. Lastly, the check out rules are long and strict and they expect you to be out by 10am sharp. They are super unpleasant any minute past that and due to the clean up/ checkout procedures you’re expected to do, if you have kids, you basically have until 9am. We definitely expect better from our vacations.
