Long time traveler here, this is the BEST place to stay if you are in Mancos area or visiting Mesa verde NP. The home is so clean and the hosts are the nicest people you will ever meet. Also, their breakfast is absolutely delicious and the conversations around the breakfast table were just as lovely! I would give them 15 out of 10 if I could. Highly recommended!

This seemed more a worker motel type place. Awkward traveling on vacation. Somehow the pics fooled us.

Not going to stay here again. Showerhead was broken so when my wife tried to shower, she ended up soaked along with the entire bathroom. The grounds are filthy. There’s boarded up windows. The included breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn. Nothing in terms of fruit or hot oatmeal or yogurt or boiled eggs or any of the things you find at most holiday ends. Fitness center was good. The staff was fine. The room was OK but small but the grounds are dirty and again that included breakfast was terrible. The only fresh fruit was an apple. And it was soft and on appetizing.

We arrived a bit early and while the room wasnt quite ready, they welcomed us into the breakfast / lounge area and provided us with tea and coffee while we waited. I was very impressed with the staff.
