Such a nice hotel! Super quiet rooms. Nice and clean. Comfy beds. Breakfast was awesome both mornings we stayed. Parking is a little confusing at first and it’s a little bit of a walk, but it was free and we felt safe with our car there. Lots of things to do in the area!!!

This is a great property to stay and meets all of my needs. The front desk associate, Maria, was friendly and helpful. The parking is easy; the location is convenient. The morning coffee is always fresh. Great place to stay.

I Was initially impressed upon arrival but upon checking in, the hallways had a terrible smell which is probably from the carpet. The bathroom was out of showering gel which we called for and they later brought. The worst thing was upon checkout, I ordered for 2 avocado toasts, 1 to go and the other to eat in the dining area. Given that it was close to their closing time for breakfast, I asked if they were open for us to dine in and they said yes but the attitude from the server was very unwelcoming and she seemed annoyed. After I left when I decided to have my order Avocado toast, I FOUND A BLACK HANDGLOVE IN MY FOUND, TURNED UNSIDE OUT. I don’t know if it was put there intentionally or by accident but that’s very bad and scared me. I have pictures and will be leaving a google review

When I arrived at the hotel at 4pm I was told my room wasn't ready because the house keepers are under staffed. I had a conversation with the gentleman checking me in who than went to check on the room and it was ready. I left the next morning at 11. Around 9pm I noticed I left my mom's blanket who passed away a week ago. I went back to the hotel and the same gentleman helped look all over but couldn't find my blanket. I was upset and crying explaining to him how important that blanket is to me. He called the owner and told him I was being rude to him so his boss was extremely rude to me. He said I crossed the line when I made his employee call him in tears because I was being rude to him. Of course I was upset but in no way was I rude about the situation. I was treated like extremely rude and the house keepers stole my mom's blanket. All day I thought the blanket was in the back of my car. I understand it was late when I returned back to the hotel but I expected my blanket to be put in an area where people leave there stuff so guest have a chance to retrieve it. I also booked this hotel for the pool which wasn't available. It has no water. I will never stay with this chain of hotels again.

I don’t plan to stay here again. As soon as we got to our room, it was so moist and humid inside. The toilet wouldn’t flush. We asked to have that fixed, we left. Came back and they haven’t done anything. They could have let me know, or atleast offered a different room. Instead they gave us a toilet plunger for us to fix. After telling them 3 times! The toilet still didn’t flush well. All night the room felt horrible. The moisture and humidity was bad even if we turn the ac down. Felt wet under the sheets. The staff was no use.
