I tried to call before arrival and it went straight to voicemail. I guess the phone has been down. Seems that might be important for customer service. Wanted to use the pool and waterslide in the morning before checkout. It doesn’t open until 10 and check out is at 11. What the heck!?!

Breakfast was an orange or granola bar. Disappointed. The room was great, but not a door on the sleeping area so the TV interfered. Great concept turning a school into a hotel. Large hallways and room.

Apparently some front desk staff are unaware that greeting guests when they enter is an industry standard

Overall, disappointed with our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for. There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. We had conflicting check out times on our reservation confirmation email and with no one to ask, we decided to wake up early to make sure we didn't incur a late check out fee. We didn't have the chance to dine at Ophelias but there are a few cafes and restaurants withing walking distance. Depending on the purpose of your trip, this may or may not be the right place for you. There's potential with this place but I would not recommend at this time especially for the price (must mention we visited during the World Cup).

We really enjoyed staying here. It's a lovely, comfortable hotel and so near Crown Center. I appreciated the complimentary coffee every morning, but I still think it lacks a casual restaurant that could be used for breakfast. Perhaps its close proximity the Crown Center makes it hard to keep another full restaurant available??

I was booked in the wrong room. It was the biggest let down and nothing they could do since I booked third party.
