Good property in safe area with great amenities and good transport link

Location good, friendly staff.

Stayed here as a family of five for 6 days. It was a little cramped in the room, but we made it through! We loved the view from the room on the 17th floor. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the shower water was hot, and the AC ran nice and cold. We only ate breakfast one day, but it was decent. The location was perfect for most of the touristy sites (Times Square, Empire State Building, 5th Ave.) and close to subway stations. Would stay here again.

Refrigerador in my floor and 5 floor the vending machine were not working, I was looking ice floor by floor And both machine did not work, I feel tired looking ice and water. When I was taking a bath the fauces not working, I waited about 35 minutes that somebody fix the fauces. Finally everything under control
